Holi Mina Jaya Sluke in Rembang Regency were the population utilized in this research. ways for gathering data via a questionnaire. A saturated sample is used in the sampling procedure. techniques for multiple linear regression data analysis. The findings revealed that 1) compensation (X1) had a significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount &gt; ttable (5.247 &gt; 1.6612); 2) motivation (X2) has a significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount &gt; ttable (4.347 &gt; 1.6612); and 3) leadership style (X3) has no significant negative impact on employee job satisfaction with tcount (-0.674 1.6612). According to the adjusted R2 value of 0.621, differences in remuneration, motivation, and leadership style may account for 62.1% of the variance in work satisfaction among employees in the manufacturing division of PT. Direct field studies by distributing questionnaires to participants became a data collection method. After that, the validity and reliability of the questionnaires obtained were evaluated. Mall Pelayanan Publik Siola Surabaya merupakan populasi penelitian ini dengan teknik convenience sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 135 pegawai sektor publik dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu motivasi pelayanan publik dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan keterlibatan kerja terbukti tidak berpengaruh. Hasil lainnya yaitu motivasi pelayanan publik berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja. Penelitian ini bersandar pada teori kualitas kehidupan kerja sebagai pisau analisis untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek yang telah diberikan oleh industri perhotelan terhadap karyawan nya dalam mengoptimalisasi kinerja karyawan perhotelan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Manajer Hotel Flory Yogyakarta dan Supervisor Hotel Flory Yogyakarta, Proses analisis dilakukan secara tiga tahapan analisis, diantaranya reduksi, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Pertama, Hotel Flory telah memberikan ruang partisipasi kepada karyawan untuk terlibat dalam pengambilan keputusan perusahan melalui supervisor. Kedua, Hotel Flory dalam mengembangkan karir karyawan nya adalah dengan melakukan promosi jabatan kepada karyawan yang memiliki dedikasi dan prestasi di perusahaan. Ketiga, Hotel Flory melakukan komunikasi karyawan dengan memanfaatkan media massa melalui Whats App yang memudahkan dalam memberikan informasi kepada seluruh karyawan maupun sebaliknya. The problem faced by RSUD RA Kartini Jepara Regency is that the Work Performance of B.L.U.D employees has not met the hospital's target.&nbsp;&nbsp; The survey was conducted and used quantitative procedures and analyzed and used SmartPLS 4. The community studied in this survey was all B.L.U.D employees at the R,A Kartini Hospital, Jepara Regency, totaling 410 employees. the sample used was 203 employees and the sample determination in this survey used Non Probability Sampling and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership traits and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee work performance. Satisfaction with work is able to mediate the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance. For this purpose, various detection tools are needed that enable the management of the Cibodas Botanical Gardens to trace various risk events, especially those that have significant impact on visitors, and based on these findings, the management can design various relevant operational risk management strategies and its implementation. This research is based on mixed research methods, using cross section data taken using the Concurrent Triangulation Strategy technique from 560 tourists and key informants at the Cibodas Botanical Gardens. Various detection tools used in this research include Frequency Tables, Bar charts, Pareto Diagrams, Cause and Effect, Importance-Performance Analysis, and Expectation and Perception Difference tests. The research results found that there was a synergy of various detection devices used in tracing various risk events which in order of priority had significant impact on tourists, namely Doctors on Duty, Adequate number of officers, Suggestion boxes, Management Innovation, Polyclinics, Toilets, Published information, Manpower, Quality of workforce, Helpful service, Parking space, Availability of information, and Prompt service.</p> 2023-09-18T00:00:00+00:00 ##submission.copyrightStatement##
