This study aims to determine antecedents and consequences of Employee Performance on Hospitality employees in South Tangerang. The study used quantitative methods with a total of 120 employees using a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 26 and the structural equation model (SEM) method with AMOS software. The results show that Rewards and Recognition has a positive effect on Employee Engagement. Furthermore, Training and Development Practice has a positive effect on Employee Engagement. Finally, Employee Engagement has a positive effect on Employee Performance.
